Adrian specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration. He has particular expertise in handling construction disputes and class actions. Adrian has won the International Advisory Experts Award as the best Construction Disputes Lawyer of the Year 2018 in Poland. Adrian recently assists a bunker company in a complex dispute against one of its suppliers. Adrian also handles many private client cases involving property restitution and compensation for unlawful expropriation of enterprises. In addition, Adrian is the firm’s expert on immigration and family law. He advised a group of high net worth American and British individuals on obtaining Polish citizenship by descent from grandparents, who were citizens of interwar Poland.
Adrian studied law at the Jagiellonian University and was recognised as one of the best graduates. He completed the American Law Program organised by the Catholic University of America. In 2013 Adrian was a member of the Polish National Champion team, which subsequently represented Poland in the International Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C. Since 2016 Adrian is the Polish National Administrator of the competition. For his achievements he was awarded the Steven Schneebaum Award for the Outstanding National Administrator.
Adrian is an advocate at the Warsaw Bar. He is also a member of the International Bar Association, where he is actively involved in several committees.
