Grzegorz advises on deals including strategic alliances (joint venture arrangements and private equity fundraisings), mergers & acquisitions, commercial transactions, data protection proceedings and cases concerning abuse of a dominant position, antitrust audits, horizontal and vertical (distribution and commercial contracts) agreements. He recently advised Wienerberger on its acquisitions in Poland.
Grzegorz is also a reputable private client lawyer, with particular experience in advising for charities, foundations and non-profit organisations. He has been recognised as one of the leading Private Client lawyers in Poland by Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 EMEA. He also often advises on restitution claims. Recently he represented the heir of a factory owner in pursuing compensation from a Polish municipality regarding the decision to nationalise property after the Second World War. He is also deeply experienced in inheritance and family law.
