Filip has particular experience of disputes related to construction contracts and financial services, including advising on claims involving complex infrastructural projects, the misuse of confidential information and data protection issues. Filip also has experience of disputes in the public procurement sector, including pharmaceutics and medical devices. Filip has acted on cases before the Supreme Court, as well as having experience of commercial arbitration. Filip handles aslo a number of high-profile court cases regarding bank loans denominated in Swiss franks.
